I've seen this at Publix but refused to buy it because it was $4.99 for pancake mix. This week it's buy one, get one free. And it made my Monday morning pancake making much easier!

I bought that too. I would never pay 4.99 for it but the buy one get one sale was awesome. It makes the pancakes much fluffier then box mix too, IMO.
