- Take a lunch break at least once a week (trust me, this is an issue for me). And a lunch break where I actually leave my office.
- Put the laundry away as soon as it's folded so we don't a crazy laundry back up. All. the. time.
- Spend more time taking care of myself, not just everyone else around me.
- Lose 25 pounds. I'm down 6, so I'm making a good start. Hellooooo Weight Watchers. . .
