Menu Monday

Monday - leftover Buffalo burgers, fries or baked potato, steamed carrots
Tuesday - grilled chicken, corn on the cob, baked potato
Wednesday - crock pot pizza
Thursday - spaghetti, salad, garlic bread
Friday - leftovers
Saturday - crock pot chicken, salad, rolls
Sunday - oven fried fish, rice, zucchini

I've planned our lunches as well, since this is the first week I'll be working and Chris will have to get lunches for the boys without any suggestions from me! Today we had taco salad. For the rest of the week I've planned rotisserie chicken salad, turkey sandwiches, homemade pizzas, tuna melts, and a fend for yourself day.

How do you make crock pot pizza? Sounds good and easy!

Thanks for posting this!! Maybe it will get a fire under my rear to be better about doing them again! I do good for a month or so and then slack off again. But IS so helpful!

Hey Kim. I always love hearing other people's meal ideas. Here are a few easy ones that we do:
1. Hot dogs, baked beans & salad
2. Tacos (turkey meat, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese) and goya spanish rice
3. Veggie pizza on the pizza stone (I buy dough at the store
4. Hamburgers and corn on the cob
5. Grilled meat (chix or beef), potatoes on the grill and a veggie.
That's all I can think of right now.
