Christina, I poured the cupcake batter inside the cones and baked them standing up in a muffin pan. (Make extra -- you'll need it) Transporting them is difficult, so if you make them and want to bring them somewhere, decorate them when you get there. I just used a big star tip and swirled the icing on then did the sprinkles and cherries. They're fun to make.
